Buffet laurel — Restaurant in Laurel

Ive been going here for YEARS!!! I just went again this weekend food is pretty good, variety, and service was great... but when you pay in the beginning, the tip gets tucked to the side (accidentally). I never have cash and one of the waitresses waited till we finished, hung around, walked over to me and grabbed the things on the table and acted like she had a question... she grabbed the black fortune cookie holder, dropped it down on the table and said to me quietly "you're not gonna tip me? Where is my tip?" Wow! I explained sorry I really don't have any cash, just my credit card. She said "you tip on receipt" I showed her the receipt and there was no way to do so. I GENUINELY forgot and was a bit embarrassed but sheesh , the pressure is on! The waitresses then said " I'll walk with you to the front for your tip" I felt like I got reported to the principal office. Here is the thing, the ladies who bring you the drinks, cutlery etc change spaces, so by this time this lady bout me the fortune cookies... I'm just saying.. I wanted to try a new buffet. I went in and it seemed like a nice atmosphere. I was sat at my table, and the waitress placed my silverware and receipt (with my drink request) on the table. I went to get my first plate, and I was disappointed by the selection and later disappointed by the taste. The best part of the buffet was the grill. The worst part, was after I finished my first plate I got up to try more food. When I returned to my table, I was surprised it had been cleared and the waitress was sitting a group at my table. The waitress looked at me standing there with a plate of food and asked if I was with the group she was sitting, I said no I've been sitting here. She asked me where my receipt was, I told her it was on the table. The waitress looked at me like I was trying to scam her. Luckily the customer sitting at the table next to me chimed in and said I had already been sitting at the table. Then the waitress sat the group somewhere else and another waitress later brought me a replacement drink and a plastic fork. Our family was excited to try out this restaurant. We read some of the reviews and they seemed to be made by people who were just being mean because they were angry with someone there . Boy where we wrong ! Food made you question if it was safe to eat ! Seafood looked , smelled & tasted like it had been decaying before it was cooked . Such a disappointment. I would say I did have their sushi & it was about average. The restaurant had nothing special going for it. The staff looked like they hated their jobs , no interaction between staff & customers. The foods like chicken , rice , noodles as well as more had absolutely no flavor ! None ! Wish I could give it better ratings but it was a big disappointment...
