Very lovely boutique, awful customer service. I happened to be in the area and decided to stop in. I had my 16 year old daughter and my 4 year old grandson with me. I thought , I would take a look , since I was looking for something different, for my daughter's photo shoot. When we walked in , we was not greeted . There was one customer whom, she was having a conversation with , so I did not get upset. However, the customer was the first to acknowledge us. I told my grandson to have a seat in the chair right next to the rack of clothes my daughter and I was looking at. For the record my grandson was very well behaved as he played with my phone. It was then that , we was acknowledged... by Ms. Audrey..I do believe based on other reviews that , that was the ladys name. Like I said we was never greeted when we walked in. The first words she uttered to us , was as following" you are looking at my Couture line, the sale items are in back." Right then she had lost my service, but I wanted to make sure I was not overreacting. I said ok, thank you, I will take a look... Don't get me wrong I love a sale, lol. My daughter found a couple of items and they were on the sales rack we was so kindly referred to, lol... Which was good, because I was hesitant about spending $100's in a place that greets you with directions to the sale rack. Still thinking in my head , does this lady really think I can't afford the regular price items. She continued to talk to the same one customer as I waited to pay for my daughter items. I was patiently waiting for awhile, and my grandson got up to walk towards me... And her dog that was caged started to bark... Ms. Audrey, again I assume , with a snobish expression , then stated " it could only mean one or two things , she ( referring to the dog) has to go the bathroom or kids." So ,I looked at my daughter and told her to have my grandson sit back down. She kept talking to the other customer , with a funny look on her face, acting as if she did not want our business. I then , told my daughter just put the items back. Ms. Audrey then replied "good". I try to support Black owned businesses and will continue, however...
