I drove from California to Maryland via interstate 40. The roads were full of huge pot holes and the front end of my Subaru was damaged. Not knowing a reliable repair shop in the Columbia area, I had to search based on online reviews. I tried several shops that all have "front desk service" (including dealers) and none of them really understood and investigated the condition thoroughly. After several months, I realized that my mistake was dealing with middle persons not the real mechanic. The experience has been very disturbing.
