Burger King — Restaurant in Maryland

12 May 2023 update: does anyone work here? I ask because drive thru, with one car ahead of me, is turning into a 20min wait. Make sure you have gas? And of course when I get to the window, they messed up the order. It was for a bacon melt. The end. Nothing else, no substitutions, no extra instructions. Apparently they couldn't hear me at the speaker, which tracks. I could barely hear them. I've always been impressed by how bad this location manages to be while still being open. Congrats on defying the laws of capitalism!

I think I may have had success at this location twice in the past year. Main problem: they never seem to have whatever "special ingredients" are needed for the current special burger. When it was the sourdough king, they didn't have sourdough; with the garlic king, they don't have the garlic chips that go on the burger! The only reason I'm not giving this location 1 star is because this is a problem endemic of BK in the area. I don't know if it's a problem with corporate not supporting the franchises, the franchisees not accurately anticipating demand, or BK just giving up entirely but it doesn't matter. At every Burger King location is a McDonald's, Taco Bell, Wendy's, Popeye's, or Chick fil-A and they never have a shortage of ingredients that would preclude them from offering the special items. Burger King, in an increasingly competitive world, you need to at least show up if you're going to have a chance...

I will probably not be visiting this location again. I ordered a Whopper Jr Meal (small size) with a Orange-Vanilla Coke. They have had this drink for a long time now. I have had this flavor at this location many times in the past. When I drive around to the Pick-up Window, I am handed the soda featured in my picture. That is definitely not an Orange-Vanilla Coke. It is not a Coke of any flavor. It is not even an Orange Soda. It is a Hi-C Orange. It is terrible. Also, they tried giving me a straw. I told them they could keep the straw. I told them I did not want it. They forced me to keep the straw. I am trying to avoid using plastic straws as much as possible. Also, when I first ordered my food, I was never asked if I wanted cheese on my burger or not. Overall, I was not happy with this experience. I will be going somewhere else from now on. I have had better experiences at the Burger King at 3359 Corridor...

The worst customer service ever!!!! Today 6/23/2020 around 8am i went to the drive thru. Please note that this location is close to my job so I stop there often. This is not the first time I encounter this horrible answer and I am pretty sure it is the same person. What happened this morning is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!! I tried to called the person calmly for my order for at least 3 mn saying hello, hello and no one was answering. Next thing I know somebody yellllllllllls at me HOLD-ON First of all you do not speak like this to no one and especially when a lot of people lost their job and you blessed to have one!!!!!!!!
