I was very disappointed with my experience here. I usually do my own pedicures and wanted my feet pampered. This was my first time at this salon . There was zero customer service. I was barely acknowledged when I entered and just instructed to pick a color. They did not care to know my name even though I called ahead and made an appointment giving my name. My technician spent most of time speaking in her native language to another who seemed to be the owner. As calls came through he kept using the word "honey" to address callers which is so unprofessional. My technician did not ask if I was comfortable..I am tall and usually need seating adjusted. I had to ask her to adjust the seat. I had originally came in for a $40 pedicure but changed my mind and got a cheaper one, when the vibe of this place became apparent. The customer next to me had to ask my tech to give her the correct change from her $50 at least twice. And she seemed to not get that she should really be apologetic. The one good thing she did was when she put the first coat of orange on my toes, and it was a dull pale orange unlike the bottle color, she took initiative and got another bottle with brighter color. She should have asked me, or given me the heads up when she did that but at that point I had low expectations and thanked her for changing because I would not have wanted dull orange. This was an overall an unpleasant service experience....I could not have felt more anonymous and ignored. I still left a tip but knew I would write a review and never go back. If you are just looking to get the job done I guess these issues may not worry you...my toes do look good. But if you are looking to have a pleasant experience, and be treated like a paying customer while you spend an hour in a nail salon,...

Unless Paul or Kim is doing your nails do not come here. They have people that can do designs but if you get common styles like a French tip or a solid color, they’ll send you to less talented employees that you’ll have to awkwardly walk through the process, even if you’re showing them a picture of a basic style. ive had people paint over their mistakes, you’ll have hair stuck on to your nails, gel peeling off by the next day, uneven nails, scratches/ bumpiness on the surface of your nail. They’ll finish someone’s nails go do someone’s eyebrows and then start doing your nails all without washing their hands which is very unsanitary. Do not come here especially if Danny is doing your nails I decided to give this place one last chance since I thought I’d at least get a talented employee to do a design I wanted, ended up with Danny and he lied and said he could do the style just the colors would be different and then he gave me this, didn’t even do the colors in the right order. Do not come here unless you have the time and patience to give someone a tutorial on how to do your nails or if want them to last less than 24 hours. Properly review what they did before you go because I promise there’s going to be at least two things they did wrong that they tried to cover up. They will not fix it unless...

I’ve come back twice and every time I either have left unhappy or have to come back to get them fixed. The first set I got done I had uneven nails and a powder color they put on that didn’t match after they kept convincing me to do powder nails. I came back to get the color changed and got a rushed french tip that was uneven. They will leave your nails splotchy and with imperfections if you don’t tell them to fix it which is annoying because they’re the nail technicians. They get frustrated and annoyed when I have to ask to even out nails and to apply an even coat. There were hairs or dust stuck in the gel polish this time and they will just apply a coat over it instead of correcting it. If you’re someone like me who pays attention to detail and wants your nails a certain way I wouldn’t recommend because every time i’ve come back it’s not how I want them to look and they continue to miss the mark and will look at a mistake clear as day and ignore it unless you say something. I tried to give them another chance but now I’ll be taking the nails off and going somewhere else new. I don’t care to come back again and get them fixed again or get a refund I will just take...
