Taco Bell — Restaurant in Maryland

Horrible service. Drive through man didn’t respond to anything I was saying and had no interest in writing down my order. another employee had to take over and I emphasized my order without two ingredients for medical reasons. They tried to overcharge me, barely made any eye contact and just handed me my food without looking at me. As I was trying to make sure it was the right order, the door was closed on me. I took two bites of my food before realizing that they did not make any adjustments, they simply threw it in the microwave like every other order. I had a severe allergic reaction and was hospitalized. The employees that I saw had no respect for basic sanitation standards even in a fast food place, and they had absolutely no respect for the health and safety of the customer. I would hope that no one else has to go through such a disgusting experience with this kind of service & treatment.. well,...

What can I say. I think it may be over for taco bell. My food was so below standard even for fast food taco bell. And I was ask to come back and give them another chance..but still disappointed is an understatement.. my chicken cantina taco was ripped to shreds. It was in 3 pieces. It was so sloppy with sauce it made it difficult to eat. The tacos were broken at the seam and in half. The Quesadilla was flat and lifeless. It was just unappealing all together. And you would think, with all the authentic taco places in this area.. taco bell would want to shine. But it's not even on the radar thats why its always empty here. it's better suited for late night. When everything else is closed and it's a last option. Even the ordering process was a mess. This particular taco bell don't allow you to order orange juice. But it's available. You have to ask for it. It took 10 trys for my taco bell code to go...

worst Taco Bell experience. Went in with my mom and ordered on the kiosk. Waited 30 minutes for the food, only to be told when we asked that they had a system error and they didn’t have our order. They made us repeat our order 3 times for no reason. The manager came out (don’t know who put her in charge) and told us she wasn’t giving us the food and couldn’t give us a refund unless we came in another day. Me and my mom live an hour away from this location, and the money was already pending from her account. I can understand not being able to process the refund but they manager wasn’t apologetic at all, she had a bad attitude. The only one who seemed concerned was the women at the counter.
