Called on Tuesday for a color appointment on Saturday. Received emails and texts reminding me about the appointment. I finally get there on Saturday and the stylist is on the phone with family and FaceTiming. 10 minutes before she tells me she has to finish another client first. 15 minutes before she tells me she actually didn’t have me in their system. How was I receiving emails and texts from them then? She keeps telling me that she needs to do one more thing on the other client, then another thing, then another. I finally left after sitting and waiting 45 minutes.

She said she wasn’t expecting to be missing another stylist and 2 assistants today, but all of that information should have been disclosed to me before I wasted 45 minutes of my time thinking she only needed to do one more thing on the other client. Really unprofessional. I would have been fine rescheduling if she told me all of this when I walked in.

I wish i could give 0 stars. Not sure what kind of hairdresser she is cause she refused to do my hair because i paid 51$ with groupon for full highlights and hair cut. The funny thing is that she said if i wanted all my hair to be fully highlighted its called a global highlights( never heard of this word before when it comes to highlights ) and i had to pay more and if i needed a toner as well i needed to pay more . Oh and not not mentioned that she cancelled on my a day before and had to rescheduled today for her to tell me in person she was not gonna do my hair. all i can say is that this was the WORST experience ever. I had very high hopes after reading all the wonderful reviews. I had a 7pm appt booked with Carol for yesterday, which I found out about 2 hours before the appointment would need to be rescheduled. So they rescheduled me for today at 6:30pm. I show up and no one is there. I call the phone no one picks up. I call Tiffany who yesterday called to inform me that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. She picks up and says she will reach out to the stylist. After about 20 min I call and she says she will refund me and that she can't get a hold of the stylist....I understood yesterday, but today was just unacceptable. Very disappointed.
