DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I visited the shop on a Tuesday mid-day to have the straps on a jumpsuit modified. I was serviced by a woman who said the shop belonged to her daughter. The mother was very nice and said they would be done by the following Wednesday. When I didn’t hear anything by that day, I called. The mother couldn’t find my order until some back and forth and then she told me it would be ready the next day. I expressed frustration because I needed to wear it that Friday and would have to change plans Thursday to pick it up. I asked what time it would be ready and she very rudely said, “I told you Thursday, what more do you want.” When I expressed frustration again she said they would text me when it was done and she hung up on me. I immediately went to pick up my garment. Again, the “mother” was the only one there. She said it was her daughter that had talked to me 10 minutes earlier. I asked to get the daughter on the phone but she refused and said she was in the hospital – which didn’t add up. I asked for my garment back and my money back. She asked ‘why’ a few times and finally gave the garment back and gave me a cash refund. I had to spend twice the amount at another shop in order to have my garment done the next day. Ms. Sonia was very very rude and nasty to me because I asked her why I was being charged a significantly higher price than usual. Once she explained it was for express service I understood and decided to only have 2 of my 3 items Altered. She than told my to pay NOW or my service will not be completed when she originally told me to pay when I picked up my items. She began to treat me as if I was not going to pay for my service. When I told her I will pay when I pick my items up she than told me she is not doing my service and to pick my items up now and she hung up the phone on me.
