Our family had the BEST experience at Southwest Theatres Sawmill Square 5! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendliest staff who truly made us feel welcome. The theater was spotless — clean, comfortable, and inviting, which made the whole evening even more enjoyable.

A special shoutout goes to Sierra, the General Manager. She is absolutely outstanding! You can tell she truly cares about the theater and the guests, and her kindness and professionalism made such a positive impression on us.

The people working here was the only really good thing to say about this theatre. The lady at the counter was super friendly. The theatre needs a complete over haul. The hole in the wall is quite large in the female restroom. Theatre needs the seating to be placed up higher at each row so there is no interference for kids to see if someone is taller or just an adult sits in front of them. Honestly, it's a dumpy theatre. The screens are definitely behind on clarity for it to be 2023. It was hot and muggy in the theatre, and it's a cooler day in Mississippi, so if it was a normal hot day, I imagine it would be very uncomfortable to sit...
