Had the rudest encounter. I had a DoorDash and went inside to pick it up. I sat there for a while assuming they were still making the order. They come up to me and hand me the wrong order and I politely told them it was wrong. They then proceeded to tell me they handed out that order earlier.. So they handed the wrong order to the wrong dasher. The way they acted was as if they would remake the customers orders. I sat there for an additional 30 minutes before I asked again if they were going to remake the order that the customer already PAID for. They proceeded to tell me no and ask “who’s going to buy it?”. Extremely rude teenagers. So I ended up having to contact DoorDash support and a customer who had been waiting an hour still has no food and I do not know if she ever got a refund. I have a medical service animal and dealt with discrimination and rudeness. The original server refused to get my service animal a curiosity cup of water. Then 5 minutes later a different employee brought my girl a cup of water. She had need for a service animal in her life and understood my position. I appreciated her and so did my girl Malaya Le was an inside booth available that needed to be cleaned off. I asked for the booth. Then was asked if my service dog was in vest. She was but by law I don't have to keep her in vest. I carry a letter of need on me with my emergency contacts. I sat in the center of the mall surrounded by children. I will be returning hopefully when I feel better & I expect I won't be as agreeable if discriminated...
