Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Laurel

I stop at my favorite restaurant (Chick-fil-A) , my first time at this location and I order a #2 which is a spicy deluxe. From all the times I’ve ordered this, the sandwich always comes with cheese and this time I didn’t get my order correct. I was highly disappointed coming from cfa. I got a dry sandwich with only bacon. I go back and they try to tell me that I ordered something different and so to please me they gave me cheese but instead of giving me the right sandwich they gave me a slice of cold cheese in a bag. I understand everyone can make mistakes but I wasn’t expecting this type of service from cfa. In fair praise of Chick-fil-A, I write, Whose doors on Sunday close, to much delight. For in this act, a virtue is displayed, A day of rest, in quietude is stayed.

The staff, their spirits high, doth take their leave, To worship, rest, and their own kin receive. This practice rare, in commerce oft not found, Deserves applause, a principle so sound.

Yet, one star less must I, in honesty, bestow, For in the chicken served, antibiotics flow. Though safety is the claim, 'tis with a sigh, I wish for fowl that ne'er such drugs did try.

I love the food as always! Everyone is always courteous, however today the cashier was rude, she never smiled, never made eye contact and when I asked her to just place my meal to the side when it was ready ( I needed to step out to my car) She gave me an ugly look and said "Ueah,whatever" 5 minutes later I walked up to the counter to ask about my food and she completely ignored me and walked to the back.
