i would give it a 0 since they already took my $ and do not honor their store receipts. I paid with my visa in store and they order a game from their 'warehouse' to be delivered to my home. They cancel it. Debit posts to my bank. I call store, they say I have to call online. I do that and the on-line CSR says I can have a gift card bc thats how I paid. So Im not taking that bc I didn't pay with that and he puts me on hold and then disconnected the call. I call store and they pass the phone back and forth and tell me basically it isn't their problem. I need the receipt you get when you get the merchandise that THEY cancelled, that I'm never going to get. This is exactly why Amazon has sooo much business bc yall are ruining what should be simpler. I disputed it at my bank, your franchise will NEVER get my $ again....
