I went there and waited a extra hour and 30 mins before someone asked me what I was there for , once they figured out what I was there for the lady who was supposed to do my hair wasn’t even there so now I’m sitting another 30 mins & she finally comes back and say “oh I didn’t know you was here for me”. Then she finally starts on my hair she asked did I want a haircut I said yeah thinking she knew how to cut and she cut my hair bald on the sides no line up or anything then took 2-3 hours to retwist my hair then when she finished with the retwist she sprays the enhancement spray on my hairline to make it look better and it wasn’t even lined up or anything and had the nerve to charge me 120 for a messed up haircut and a 2-3 retwist and not to mention when I was getting my hair done her other clients came in and she stopped on my hair to start on theirs !! & while she doing my hair she steady talking and steady answering the phone steady pausing that’s why it took so long . Then she cuts my hair before the retwist !! She was supposed to retwist my hair then...

Help it make sense..Now if you give a 25 deposit to make appointment and you cancel 5 or 6 days before appointment Should a professional business have the right to keep the deposit when you gave amp time to cancel. Things happen and I know times are hard for alot of us...But I think any business out here should never assume to keep customers money if they gave appropriate time notice to cancel... I do alot of scheduling and paid deposit and had to cancel but was giving back refund. But Egoz feels its ok to take keep the money even if you cancel way ahead of appointment dates. I just put this out here for others to know. Be careful who you trust doing business with when it comes to your money. Yes its 25 dollars but its not right to keep money that you offer absolute no services being it was cancel ahead of time..Its ok just looking out for the next. Hopefully the business will see with future customers that this isn't professional and do the right thing by her customers. She will be Blessed...

I had a beautiful experience at EGOZ. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. Great Vibes. The ladies were all nice and had great personalities. Shea did an amazing job with my starter locs. I love them.I feel soooo prettty got compliments as soon as I stopped at the store.
