I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled after my awful experience at Cricket Mobile. I was “helped” by an employee named Victoria, who clearly has no understanding of what good customer service looks like. From the moment I walked in, she was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was a bother just for asking questions about my account.
She spoke to me with an attitude, rolled her eyes more than once, and made no effort to actually help with the issue I came in for. Instead of offering solutions, she gave me short, sarcastic answers and seemed more interested in ending the conversation than resolving anything.
If this is the kind of person Cricket chooses to represent their company, that says a lot. I walked out more frustrated than when I walked in. Management seriously needs to retrain or rethink who they have working the front line.
