Customer service is a joke. Everyone else has been extremely rude. I was told benefits plus would help if I was ever out of work and needed to be late etc so tell me why I’m paying for it and when I was in the hospital for a month straightand asked to be a few days late I’m getting harassing texts and calls about coming to get my couch. But when I bring up benefits plus I’m ignored. Then I ask for it to be removed from my account since it’s not there to help as I was initially instructed. Guess what ignored again. Then just a few mins ago I’m called and asked if I need anything, I say yes benefits plus removed because and tell the story. The guy immediately starts cutting me off saying oh yea you don’t need it and to have a nice day. Excuse me what? Let me finish what I’m saying. The proceeds to try to get off the Phone while I’m still trying to talk. Unacceptable behavior. They offer insurance and promise the use of a loaner while they repair an item that their fixing. Well when our dryer broke, it took them a week to get someone out here to pick it up and the loaner they sent they wound up taking back with them and leaving nothing, because the loaner wouldn't work when the delivery guy hooked it up. We were told then he'd be back with another one within 2 days. Well here it is a week from that day and guess what? Still no dryer! 2 weeks no dryer but yet they still want their FULL payments! This location never informed me they didnt deliver out of state until my order came in and the new sales manager would do nothing helpful. They made a mistake by agreeing to lease me with my address listed. The website has a delivery date set. But they want me to pick it up. These are shady people that dont have accountability for their workers and are disrespectful to clients.
