I would not go back to this place if you paid me to go. The people were not rude but didnt even ask us what we wanted as far as service for our pedis. They just assumed we all wanted designs and we all had callu's to remove from our feet. I didnt want to make a scene so I went along with it. Then got to the designs. we was a party of 4 and not one of the ladies that was working on us asked what type of design or what type of colors we wanted in our designs. Every other salon I've been too when i get my nails or toes done; they always ask me what do i want because im paying, not them. No one in my party was satisfied with their designs! Plus the designs was poorly done and rushed throw so quickly i was amazed. The most disturbing part of all was, the lady told me the price and i paid her cash and then the rest on a card. she came back with the recpiet and literally watched me to see if i was going to give them a tip. When i didnt because i was not satisfied with the work; she has a nerve to point at the tip line and says to me "nothing here"??? Which shocked me again, a tip is earned for good work. Its not just handed out freely! If i give any advice to the people there is this: communication is key with customers. Ask what they want and not what you think is right! Also ask the customer if they are satisfied with the work. NEVER POINT OUT THAT YOUR NOT GETTING A TIP! ITS NOT RESPECTFUL AT ALL!!! PLUS IF YOU DONT GET A TIP, THERE IS A GOOD REASON WHY YOU DID NOT GET ONE. IF YOUR IN HARTWELL LOOKING FOR A NAIL SALON, GO...

I went here right before vacation because my usual nail tech was out of town. When I tell you I will never go back, I mean it. I got tips and dip powder with chrome and they looked horrible. They were bumpy and uneven and the shape was horrendous. The girl that did my nails was more worried about phone calls and whoever was coming to visit her than actually doing a good job. Then, when I was washing my hands, she came up and whispered that she wasn't going to charge me for the chrome powder--that I BROUGHT in myself-- because there were divots on every single nail. She said "you must have bumped them and that's what cause it." It was literally every single nail. I ended up coming home and reshaping/filing down the top and redoing the chrome and gel top coat at home. Go anywhere else but this...

I have not done my nails in years. I wanted to get them done for my granddaughter's Wedding this weekend. I explained to the person who checked me in that I only wanted a basic manicure and regular polish. She told me gel would last longer. I explained that I only wanted it for the weekend , and I don't do polish normally. Kay done an excellent job on my nails, but when I went to pay, she charged me for gel. I explained that I told the lady I only wanted regular Polish. I did not want gel. She apologized for the misunderstanding but didn't offer to take care of the problem.
