In a spirit of gratitude and appreciation, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Carly, whose radiant light shone the brightest. The warm and welcoming atmosphere created by everyone at the Apple store was truly remarkable. Carly, in particular, served as my Apple Concierge and provided invaluable assistance with my phone issue. As someone who is more accustomed to traditional methods, Apple products seemed foreign to me. I found myself locked out of my phone, with no recollection of my Apple ID or passcodes. Carly had to wipe my phone clean, and although I must wait until next month to regain access, I remain optimistic. In my journey to embrace Apple products for my business, the phone was the first crucial step. Even though I am unable to utilize it at the moment, Carly went above and beyond to facilitate the business aspects for me. With Carly's support, I am moving forward while the phone situation is being rectified. Carly, you are a shining star and a beacon of positivity. I am deeply grateful for your assistance, and I commend the Apple store for employing such a beautiful soul. Your exceptional work is truly phenomenal. May you continue to thrive and inspire others. Namaste.

With the high pace of the holiday season, it was nice to get quick service and very quick turnaround for a full screen replacement. As with every Apple Store I have ever stepped foot in, the store itself was immaculate. What are my favorite features about every Apple stores is there’s always enough reps to answer questions massive amount of people that are always present. The Genius bar is always full, but that didn’t stop Andy from taking some extra time coming over to help me look at some beats earbuds. Matt had my replacement processed to ship out in less than 20 minutes. John brought out my return had the patience and presence of mine to let me go through all of the processes to ensure that I was happy with the repair. Jeff also made sure that I was happy with setting up the computer and using the very high-speed Wi-Fi download all of my previous applications, and get started same day. Strong work team. Galaxies of gratitude, ~JAH

Normally this store is filled with customers, but due to covid right now it’s pretty much empty. You’ll have to imagine: in the pic I attached, the back table toward the left is usually especially crowded with people even standing too, because that’s where they held free classes, mostly at beginner level, in how to use Apple iPhones and Macs and iPads, including sessions where you could bring your own and ask questions. The store decor and the staff both had a bright and friendly vibe. The only downside was the crowds, so sometimes the wait was long, and sometimes you couldn’t easily get to the experienced person who really knew the answer, you were stuck for a while with a newbie staffer who was still learning too. That’s a problem endemic to Tier 1-2-3 support, not just at Apple, but it’s still a timewaster. Make an appointment if you can. With covid, now appointments are required.

Don’t trust this store…I dealt with a salesman employee ID A0000000031010 AT 14:15pm, 14:17pm and 14:36:57 pm terminal ID 0109 thief on APRIL 05, 2022…I had four apple gift cards that weren’t open…when I bought my items..the salesman opened one of the gift cards himself and told me that I had $0 dollars on it….and said he would kindly throw it away…it took me back…so I used another gift card…I bought my items totaling $99.00 and used my $115.00 gift card…the balance a few minutes later was used on three other items…then as I was leaving I looked at the MAC Mini because I wanted more information before I bought it…afterwards I left…. I went and sat down in the mall and figured out that I would buy the MAC MINI 15 minutes later…anyway I went back into the APPLE STORE…. And asked to see the same salesman to purchase it…I would love to write his name, but this review might not get out there for anyone to read…but I have the receipt…anyway I told him I wanted the MAC MINI and two other items…he then ranked up my items and I pulled out my gift cards to help pay for them… one gift card credit of $130.00 and the second $70.00…then I went to look for the third gift card of $300.00 and it was gone…. I looked at my trade in receipt and saw that the $300 gift card was missing…Had had the last 4 digits of the gift card, so I knew exactly what to look for….The APPLE salesman stood there as if he wanted me to pay for the rest of the bill…I said that gift card that you opened and so kindly said you threw away, had $300.00 on it… and you have to get it out of the trash…he told me that it was “UNRETRIEVABLE” and that it was “GONE”…. I stood and looked at him and I said you have to “GET” it back “NOW”….because “YOU” were the “ONLY ONE” who opened it up for the first time and saw “WHAT AMOUNT” was on it…. I kept my calm because I just realized that I was dealing with a “THIEF.”…. I said FIND my gift card NOW….he said I will look for the card…he came back a few minutes later with my same gift card that match the serial number….and then told me if could have gotten a replacement in the future I he could not retrieve it…WoW…he also told me that my gift card was also now found on top of the trash instead of in an “unretrieved” trash bin.”…mind you also told him to email and print out my receipt…which of course he only did print…after asking me for my...

My Screen wasn't working so I had to go to the store, no scratch or drop or anything. I just couldn't do anything with the screen. The rep did say that they might try to fix the screen and if not they might have to factory reset the phone and might loose everything but will let you know about it. After an hour I go back and they give me the old phone, I couldn't even start the phone and won't even turn on. The rep had no idea and was charging to see what happened. Then he realized and said here is another phone in a plastic bag and said will have to keep the old phone. So basically I had a open box new phone, old phone taken away(didn't even try to attempt to backup), no cell service since it had a esim, couldn't start the phone because the apple id log in doesn't work without a iMessage on my cell. Came home had to call verizon and they asked me IMEI of the new phone, which I didn't have since they didn't give me any box, plus I couldn't log in because of the verification thing. Luckly I got an email from apple that were not charging because of the apple care plan which had the new IMEI numbers with the old one so had to try multiple ones with the verizon person to make it run. Finally the phone turned on and worked. The rep said the care plan will transfer to the new phone automatically which was not true. It was still active on my old phone and seems that the old phone was still running even though they took it from me saying it was hard reset. Had to cancel the care plan on my old phone and remove the apple id from old phone which was still active(so I guess they never did a hard reset).

The old phone was totally working fine, and i had some notification so I tried to unlock the phone and suddenly the screen doesn't stopped working. I could see the home page and everything but my face unlock also stopped working nor i couldn't shut off or restart anything. Just seemed to be some shady stuff going on.

This is highly unluckily to happen to anyone and apple didn't even care to explain or help in any matter, just handed me a open box new phone and said go and figure out because we don't deal with Verizon or anyone. This is not expected from APPLE....

I made an appointment to have my phone and beats headphones checked. That was an easy process and I went in and had a great experience with a tech named Karly. She was able to get my phone situation fixed there at the store and also take my beats headphones to have shipped for repair. In store experience very good. My problem then came when I received a re-quote for my beats. They were expecting me to pay for something that should have been covered due to me having apple care+. I called apple support who had me call the store, when I called the store I was redirected more times than i can count. No one stated their name but the first person I talked to I believe was a regular store tech who could not at all help me, he just tells me to wait and puts me on hold. After being on hold for over 20 minutes he hangs up the phone, i’m assuming he thought i would just drop it and move on. I then call back and am talking to the same person who hung up the phone, he tries to tell me the phone somehow disconnected… it’s apple i don’t believe that to be true. So I then ask to speak to someone else who may be able to help me, at this point i think i am now speaking to a repair tech. I explain my situation to him and he tries to explain to me what’s going on and why i would need to pay. i am not satisfied with his answer or explanation and this is when he gets an attitude with me because i am confused and not willing to accept his terms. Again they hang up on me. I call back a third time and now i’m being told i have to contact apple support even though apple support is who told me to call the store. All in all it was a bad phone experience and bad customer service from the store staff. I have at this point talked to a senior advisor and executive advisor who have now sent a complaint to their “cooperate office” which i have no hope in them contacting me. I will be avoiding this particular apple store do to the problems i’ve faced today and will just take my service to...
