Iām literally stunned at the nasty transaction I just had in your store. I walk in with my boyfriend who asked me to start showing him rings that I like, so obviously heās going to propose soon, so this is supposed to be an exciting fun experience and right away as soon as we walked in, the gentlemen who greeted us didnāt seem too thrilled to even be waiting on us. I told him why we were there and there was no smile or no positive type of vibe from him, just went over to the rings and said what are you looking for? I said emerald cut or princess cut with halo design or solitaire. Then he said lab created or natural? I made the HORRIBLE mistake according to this guy by saying the word real. Cuz holy shyt, that must have triggered him cuz instantly he was mad sassy with me kind of talking down to me like a child by saying lab created ARE real diamonds. And I explained what I meant.. I said yes I know and trust me I can tell by the price tag that lab created are real but what I meant is I want a natural one because Iām into energy that comes from stones and itās not the same with lab created. So I figured he understood but again when he went to open the section where the rings in, he had to say again about how I need to stop saying lab created arenāt real and he needs me to know that and it was just so unnecessary to again bring it up and chastise me when I already explained what I meant. He turned me off so bad I just said you know what Iām good and walked out. Why would I even want to have any more interactions with him or give your place my business and spend thousands on a ring when your staff is more concerned in āchecking meā and treating me like Iām a moron and being honestly quite rude over something so stupid. Iāll def make sure to never buy anymore jewelry from that location ever again. Itās a shame cuz I did buy quite a few pieces from there...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm not sure of her name (luckily for her) but an associate with apparently 8 years of experience tried to tell me my engagement ring was fake - both the gold band and the diamond. The ring was purchased second-hand so I wanted to just verify all was real. She used a diamond tester which apparently is outdated and unreliable technology. She did no test at all before assuring me that the gold was fake too, even pointing out that it's stamped "14K" which is "illegal to do on fake gold". She was too excited to create something new for me out of "real" materials. Well lo and behold, my ring is real. It took another WAY more experienced jeweler very close by in the mall 2 SECONDS to verify that my diamond is real. He tested the gold, and verified that too. I went back to tell her what mistake she made and she had a creepy fake smile on the whole time and would only congratulate me that it was real, and did not apologize for what she did. I don't think it was on purpose, but you should probably triple check yourself before telling a crying young woman her ring is fake and trying to sell her a new one. Had I not checked, I probably would have let her sell me another ring. Luckily for me I always get a second...
