This shop has always been in the back of my mind due to my mom using them anytime she needed to shine up her rings. When it came time that I needed their services, I've never been disappointed. I've had my rings shined, reduced, expanded, I've had it all done and this shop can do it all! I've been going here for around 6 years now and never had a bad experience. They are always so friendly and accommodating and their main concern is the customer, not the sale. I must also mention that their prices can't be beat! Beware if you are trying to sell jewelry! Luckily, I did my research and weighed all the jewelry before going to sell it so I had an idea in my head of what I would get. They tried to offer me such a ridiculous amount And had the nerve to tell me to watch out for scammers when I walked out. They did not want me to leave because they knew they were trying to rip me off, but did not want to pay me a fair price.
