Krystal — Restaurant in Lawrenceburg

Waited 30 minutes to get my order from the time I pulled into the drive thru to when the food was in my hands. It was about 3pm on a Saturday and I don't know if they're short staffed or what but that's ridiculous. I ordered a 24 pack of cheeseburgers for my family and a small fry for me since I can't eat the burgers. After that long of a wait and my fries were barely warm. The lady apologized but waiting 30 minutes for $30 worth of kinda warm food is disappointing. They are basically a sister company to White Castle with a more menu options from what I've heard. They have a lot of yummy looking things but I'm not sure I want to try them. I tried the grits bowl with sausage and it was like a bowl of grease. I could barely eat it. Terrible experience, my daughter went through there ordered 4 cheese Krystal's and a Krystal chik meal and they gave her 10 cheese Krystal's obviously someone else's order. My son in law went to the door to get it fixed and the door was locked it was 9:30. The line was long so they pulled up and walked to the window since they had already sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes already. The staff was rude and unapologetic. I go to Krystal frequently and usually get good service especially from the older lady with glasses and beautiful nails but this was unacceptable. We pay money for food and service and if you can't get it right and handle a busy time then maybe food service isn't for you. The sign in drive thru states 17.29 12 Krystal's with cheeses 2 fries 2 drinks, lady at the drive thru said our total was 25.69 now inow how does 17.29 and tax equal that a, punt, but educated person can calculate that excessive tax was added and then the lady argument that she had to charge separate for 2 French fries and 2 drinks and cheese added which is all included and sign states black and white 17.29. Would someone please call the owner or manager on duty to help , answer with situation like this because lobby doors were locked when I tried to show the drive thru person a picture of their Krystal sign, please .
