Smells like a bar, the workers gave attitude the whole time we were there, gave us nasty looks and talked about us as we bowled, wouldn't give another piece of pizza because their flimsy plates broke as my boyfriend carried it to our area, I was going to bowl and all I could smell was straight up cigarettes, the workers were talking about one another as I came in, they were very hateful in every question that was asked, they got attitudes with us as soon as we walked in, they were yelling at other bowlers, wouldn't make anymore "homemade" pizzas for us for our group for church, the bathrooms were filthy, All they care about here is that there getting paid they don't care about customer satisfaction they don't take pride in their work at all and in my opinion they need either to fire all there employees and hire new better ones or they need a new owner the place isn't worth our time nor yours the employees here dress...

When It came to the bar/snack food service it was amazing tonight. But i will say my two lanes for my family and friends they where always freezing up. One or two times understandable but still not ok. But 4 or 5 time 5 min or more got old quick. They where quick to try and figure it out so I belive customer service was great but lanes are out dated. Some need maintenance or updating or something.
