Worst costumers service I've ever seen in lawrenceburg tn!

1st started with them trying to over price my mom on there "special sale"

2nd manager couldn't do simple math (computers went down) don't need that position if she can only figure on a computer.

3rd charged for delivery

4th day of delivery suppose to be there at 10am. 1015 no call or show, called said truck loaded but driver wasn't there yet. Couldn't give a time for delivery. Got off phone at 1040a told them if it wasn't delivered by 11 to have paperwork ready would go else where with purchase. Magically showed up at 1055a

Worst business I've ever did with anyone and most definitely wouldn't...

Bought a chest and a night stand. The chest works good, but the bottom drawer on the night stand will not open or close properly due to being off track. My wife called the Lawrenceburg location and ask for someone to come out and fix it. We were told someone would be out but they never came. When she called to see why no one had come as planned, was told the delivery man had been busy with deliveries and would not be able to come out but could possibly come the next day or one day the following week. This is poor customer service. I definitely will not do business with Farmers Home Furniture in the future. I will not recommend this...

Farmers Home Furniture offeres a variety of nice furniture pieces as well as various styles. Rich was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing excellent guidance through our shopping experience.
