Wow, where do I even begin? This restaurant is absolutely phenomenal! The food is incredible, the atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, and to top it all off—it’s incredibly affordable. I’ve lived in Tennessee for 10 years, and as a sushi fanatic, I never imagined finding the best sushi I’ve ever had in a Japanese restaurant in Lewisburg.

Their menu strikes the perfect balance between classic sushi favorites and creative specialty rolls, but it doesn’t stop there. They offer a wide selection of exclusive dishes that make it hard to choose because everything is so good. Every single bite was bursting with flavor, and the presentation was fancy enough to rival high-end restaurants, yet the prices were SHOCKINGLY reasonable.

I went with my family of eight, and we were all amazed. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, flavorful, and not even slightly chewy. Even the rice, was perfectly seasoned and delicious. Every dish we tried was incredible, and we couldn’t believe how affordable such a high-quality meal was.

The service matched the excellence of the food and atmosphere. The staff was attentive and made sure our experience was flawless. Honestly, it felt like dining at a fancy, upscale restaurant, but without the hefty price tag.

Sitting here now. I ordered the New York Strip and shrimp. The steak is spot on, but the shrimp is way over cooked, dry, and rubbery. I would have liked to have said something sooner, but our server doesn't come around much. After waiting for the better part of 10 minutes to get a refill on my daughter's drink, she asked if everything was ok. I explained that the shrimp was dry and rubbery. To our server's credit she did offer to have it remade, but at this point I'm about done and just want to leave. Surprisingly, she only visited our table one last time to deliver our bill. $37.27 for rubbery shrimp that was inedible. I won't say the service was slow. It was more like nonchalant, as if she could care less if we were satisfied or not. This was our first time ever eating here and neither of us were impressed. I don't know if we will come back here again, but if we do it's a safe bet I won't be ordering anything...

We ordered the crab ragoons for an appetizer and they were stale and old. We also order two sushi rolls and the salmon hibachi. The sushi was decent but the salmon hibachi was AWFUL. It comes with a soup, salad, and the hibachi. They didn’t ask what kind of soup we wanted nor what kind of dressing we wanted. (The soup actually tasted good.) When they brought out the salad with no salad dressing I asked for some and they said they only have yum yum sauce to go on it.. uhhh ok… we got the hibachi and the salmon was hard as a rock and tasted so weird. The rice was not cooked right either…. The poor waitress got brought out our sushi and was like which one goes to who? I asked her well which one is which where she replied I’m not sure it’s only my 3rd day working here. It was an awful experience and we will not be back to...
