I wanted rims for my car and so I ALWAYS do my research when I'm getting a service. And so I found R T Wheals and Deals on Facebook and messaged them. Fred was the one who responded to me, but it was Jose who actually took care of me and did the selling of my services. First off I wanna say that he is a dying breed. He is a VERY honest man and doesn't try to sell you just to be selling you. That speaks VOLUMES of a person's character and integrity 👏. Saying that I literally began to TRUST his opinion and suggestions for my ride. He explained why the rims I got are the best for my car and ACTUALLY RESEARCHED MY CAR to find out why it was only made for 2 years(2013 hyundai elantra coupe). THAT was impressive!!!! So after speaking with him and figuring out what I was getting I left a down payment and came back the next day. They installed the beautiful rims,painted my brakes, RETINTED my windows, and polished my fog and headlights. Slow lead in a tire. I discovered a hairline crack in the rim. I made a list of shops to call. The first company I called said, that I would be responsible for removing the tire, delivering it to them, wait for two or three days for the repair, return to pick up the wheel and install it on the car myself. (Yeah, No!)

I thought I would at least get an estimate and decided to text a photo of the damageed rim to them. Instead, I accidentally sent it to another company on my list to call; TRS Wheels and Suspensions. While I was still speaking with the first ("DIY" company, I received a text back from TRS, saying "we can fix that".

When I called them, Jose at TRS said yeah, we can fix it. Probably around $255. We can do it today. Where do you live?

He sent TJ, who was great. Very professional, courteous and prompt. Less than 30 minutes after my call. He removed the tire in my garage, took it back to the shop, repaired the crack, balanced the tire and in about 2 1/2 hours it was back on my car and looking great. I would not recommend Jose for any work. I brought my van to Jose to change my seat covers and put a wrap on it. Worst mistake. It took 3 visits and months of me taking my vehicle back to fix what should have been done right the first time. until today as of 5/5/2025, my wrap is peeling. Jose will not make good on his promises or return phone calls or text messages.He used 2 different sub companies to wrap my vehicle and it's still not done right. my specialty plate, was scratched up an he used rusted screws to put it back on. the parts that broke off from the seat covers, still have not been replaced.
