KFC — Restaurant in Lawrenceville

Yes, this KFC is worse than Dacula's, if that is possible. Consistently burnt, over-done chicken (or is that 'southern delicacy'?), Godawfully, and consistently SLOOOOOOW service, staff who are so damn honest that they cannot hide their hatred for their job, and as with almost every fast-food chain in Georgia (except chick-fil-a, maybe), seriously nasty hygiene issues (food on the floor, dirty tables, staff with food on their clothes...). SLOW is not the right word. I actually think the staff have discovered a method to manipulate the space-time continuum. You place an order and find yourself in this twilight zone of yesterday-today/God-knows-when/ comatose state, forgetting why you actually exist or where you are, but just that you are very very very very hungry. Maybe you were kidknapped, drugged and then left in this KFC parking lot. Who knows? Who cares? KFC certainly don't. Well, if they are sooooo intensely bad, why do I not give them 1 star? Ah, my friends, that is because the 1 star standard has been so magnificently set by Hardee's - a new low in human...

I called the manager on duty to let him know my 16 year was not coming in because I didn't want to chance being in the road 10pm at night trying to pick her up when the Governor has asked that businesses close early and that everyone is off the road by 4 pm so they can treat the street. This manager went back and forth with me like he was the weather man and said the storm won't be that bad at 10pm. I was stuck in the storm of 2014 I slid off the road and thank God I was in the car by myself . This man is telling me to risk me and my child's safety because he has a business to run is what he told me. I am disgusted to know this is how KFC thinks that chicken and tacos is more important than keeping children safe off of slippery roads. The store is short staffed and this manager wants to risk my child's safety because they are not organized and have a high turn over rate. If I could give zero stars I would he actually hung up on me the manager I spoke...

Horrible Experience!!!!! I ordered a Cheetos chicken combo since the advertisements look really good. Its a chicken sandwich with 5 crunchy Cheetos on it. my buffalo sauce was actually saturated on top of my roll and not on top of the chicken. i threw the top of the bread out to eat it since it was soggy from the sauce on top of the roll. i tried to use the code on my receipt for the survey and it doesn't work. Then i needed extra information to do a survey without the survey number and its in a different receipt that they keep. very disappointed, will not be going back there ever again. After writing this review I read the others reviews and I honestly don't know how this place is even still in business. Mcds across the street has great service. friendly staff. fast service and they are 100x busier. owners need to close down or get people who want to work. I am one of the few ppl who believe fast food employees deserve $15 an hr....
