Waffle House — Restaurant in Lawrenceville

This is by far one of the worst waffle houses I've ever eaten. I live nearby and unfortunately they are the closet one around. The old racist white lady whose face looks as if it's about to fall off is so rude. The cook staff is incompetent and they can NEVER get the order right. I ordered a hash brown bowl scattered with chicken onions and peppers, they added cheese. I told them can't eat cheese and they made it again. I waited outside for the second order and when I walked in the door this rude old woman tells me how much it is before I can even look at the food then she just walks away.( She's never pleasant whenever I see her)They put a ton of uncooked raw hash Browns in the bowl like 3 peppers and no onions at all. And to top that all off the chicken they gave me was raw and ice cold on the inside (which I didn't find out until I was home eating it) they freaking suck, they always manage to mess up even the simplest of orders. I still tipped the server although she probably called my order wrong on top of the automatic to go gratuity because I'm not about dumping on people and their money, but I can not in good faith give this waffle house another dollar of my money Do yourself a favor and drive to...

Unfortunately I had to delete my positive review and will never return to this Waffle House location again. The level of service has gone downhill and has become an uncomfortable location to visit. On my last visit somebody came in arguing with an employee claiming that the employee stole their wallet. The manager had to referee the situation and it ruined what I had planned to be a relaxing breakfast. On today’s visit it took a few minutes before the server could take my order and actually answered a personal phone call prior to getting to the table. I sat there while other servers walk to buy and then finally my server came running out from the back and then went over and took a phone call. When he did get to me he And took my order he called in the order wrong and because he had to recall the order they let the next server go ahead and call in order. I got punished and had my food delayed because the server couldn’t call in the order properly. Let me be clear off the rip, the waffle I had was exactly what I wanted and it was cooked exactly like I asked. The waitress was good, knew her job, and got the food there hot and fresh. The Three Star rating is for the unadulterated corporate greed from the once good, fair, honest folks down there at the cooperate HQ in Norcross GA. Joe Rodgers Sr. would fire everyone of you and blacklist you if he knew the kind of Mark up to increase your profit margins you fools have jumped on the band wagon to fatten your wallets. How can you possibly justify the menu prices you have rapidly increased over the last three years? I guarantee your hourly employees pay hasn't unilaterally increased at ANY rate let alone the same rate. Apparently a degree in business management didn't teach you that the keys to success aren't to nearly triple prices to balance declining sales, you would regain your loyal customer base by maintaining quality and taking at minimum, a third off pricing on your menu, and maybe have a manager in a restaurant sometime other than SAT and...
