Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Lawrenceville

So far so good since the location opened up, I have visited the location a couple times I enrolled in their rewards program which they have a pretty good reward program and on my birthday. I got a free drink. You also get a free drink for signing up after you purchase your first drink, which are great perks so I appreciate that it shows their appreciation for their customers which a lot of people Appreciate because a lot of businesses don’t extend that. But today I went to pick up my birthday drink and it was excellent the young ladies who were at the Buford location. I was there around 4:20 and I did tell the girl when she handed it to me How good the drink looked and thank you because the last time I came there it wasn’t as pretty as how they did it😃. It still was good, 😋but it wasn’t that pretty how she presented it so the young ladies who were working today 10/21/25 kudos to them thumbs up to them Customer Service was really great as well. Actually since I’ve been going, I’ve been experiencing really great customer service at this particular location so keep up...

I ordered the exact same coffee, same size, here that I normally get from the other popular coffee chain. This location was $.50 more.

They really want you to order everything online, as everything in the app is not honored when you walk up to the window. They even reserve two of the very few parking spots for order-online orders.

The menu at the walk-up window is not very detailed. What type of bread for the sandwiches? Several drinks not listed on the menu.

The only way to get the perks listed in the app is if you pay for things in advance in the app. It doesn’t count towards what you purchase in person. If you don’t take a copy of the physical receipt, it does not show up in the app. It only shows that you made a transaction on that day in your account.

The area is very congested, especially during rush-hour in the mornings. Parking is limited. Construction workers still working which has made it challenging to maneuver the lot the two times...

So i went to get a coffee this morning as a little pick me up. I figured i was already on my way to buford why not? This was my first time here but i probably won’t be back. I’ll just go to dunkin infront of them since i ordered an espresso shaker with cold foam on top and a chocolate croissant to go, and they made me park after ordering in the drive thru, the person helping me with my order only brought out my drink and told me they were outta food. I asked her to do a return since the item was $4 and she said she would just give me a free item instead no charge i was like no its okay just do the return. She comes back with a brown bag and my receipt and tell me she found my food(????) Also my drink had no cold foam on it and it’s not nothing special as a lil drink pick me up type thing. 🤷🏻‍♀️
