Buckle — Local services in Lawton

I’m really disappointed with how Buckle handles their fragrance section — especially at the store I visited. There are clearly marked tester bottles on the counter, but customers are still opening the boxed perfumes from the actual shelves and using them. Some bottles on the shelf were half-full or completely empty, meaning people who pay full price might unknowingly walk out with a used or tampered product. That’s unacceptable.

Even worse — the store management seems to have no control over it. Staff were present while this was happening and did nothing to stop it. When I brought it up, they were dismissive and seemed more interested in sticking to policy than actually caring about the customer experience.

This is a hygiene issue, a product quality issue, and a customer service failure all wrapped in one. Buckle needs to seriously rethink how it monitors in-store product use and train their staff to step up — not shrug it off. First time in the Buckle. Took my kids school clothes shopping & they wanted to go into the Buckle in the Lawton mall. I'll be honest, I'd never shopped the Buckle before & I was pretty sure my boys wouldn't find anything to their liking. Boy was I wrong! They found several items they loved. I also have to commend the staff on their excellent service. There were 2 ladies I dealt with mainly & I hated I didn't get their names but they went above and beyond. This service isn't something so easily found nowadays & I truly appreciated it. There were a few items we needed that the store didn't have & we just figured we were out of luck until the clerk informed me she could order them for us & she immediately went to confirm the items were available. 2 out of the 3 items were available for order & she got us all fixed up. I remember shopping here as a teenager and now I bring my 11 year old daughter to shop here. It's a bit pricey, but they have such cute clothes.

The staff here is so knowledgeable, super nice and soo helpful! They make coming here a great experience every time. They all greet you and immediately get to work asking what size, style you like. They all go around picking things you might like and setting up your dressing room. If you need a different size, they grab it from you while in the dressing room and bring back another size right away. They can also do simple alterations in store or send them off for further alterations if needed, all for free.
