Target — Local services in Lawton

I mean. So. Lol. I placed an order for AirPods. Just. AirPods. Well, I live on the east side and was on the west side so I ran to target about half an hour after I made the purchase. My other stuff got done sooner than I expected. So I ran by target. I will admit it wasn’t VERY long after. But I called and spoke to a man in customer service. I explained my other stuff got done quicker than expected and verses driving back to the east side I just wanted to see if I could go ahead and get my one item. He looked up my order and said “no sorry. It hasn’t been shopped yet” 😳 I was pretty confused knowing I could cancel my order and just go in and grab that but I didn’t have any shoes (wasn’t getting out of the car) so I really couldn’t. I was like, ok, so that can’t get done soon ish so I don’t have to drive out past 45th and then come back, I’m leaving on vacation very early in the morning. He told me no that it hadn’t been shopped for yet, again. So I said ok thank you and hung up. Seriously though? It was AirPods…they couldn’t just go grab them? Or at least make the shopper aware that I was waiting? Something? Pretty upset about this. I don’t use target often as it is and I think I will make a point of not using them for pick up...

Nice staff, good selection of products but stale popcorn. The popcorn at other Target stores is of the same quality, too. Maybe that’s what they’re going for? Stale, salty popped corn kernels. Also, why is everything red? I’m not judging. Red is said to be a strong color with a lasting impression. I urge everyone who visits to spend $2 on the popcorn and review, please. Is it just me or is that popcorn stale? I had popcorn from the bank the other day and it was very fresh, so I have some frame of reference as far as popcorn goes. The popcorn’s quality was inbetween that of bank popcorn (good and fresh) and the cheap popcorn one could procure from Save-A-Lot, heat up, then leave out overnight. Maybe every Target has had a rough popcorn day, every time I’ve been. However stale the popcorn, those slushies are very, very cold. I enjoy a blue or red but not often a brown. I enjoyed the visit to the store. Merchandise was neatly displayed, not thrown everywhere or messy like some other major chain stores who may have chosen BLUE as their company’s mascot color (hint hint!!!) I take this Target...

Hello, I would like to share a moment and a awesome person named Sierra that helped me at the checkout/return desk today. First, let me check the blocks, Store- clean Prices- it's target Staff- great Now, I found exactly what I was looking for today, as I was walking to the registers, yes the lines were a bit long but it's the weekend. I decided to go to the checkout/return line. This awesome employee rushed up to help me, as I began to hand her my tax card, I grabbed a couple candy bars that were there, she took the time to stop and check the expiration date on them for me, stating that these are a little close to the date and went and got me some fresher ones so to speak for me, bravo finally someone that cares and has awesome customer service skills. She was so friendly, professional and just truly cares. It is truly refreshing to see that this day and age, especially her being so young. To the management team and corporate, this young lady is a asset to your company. I honestly can tell she makes target great by her being herself and working there.Thank you very much...
