I usually have a good experience with Khols but after last night experience in store and customer service I won’t be shopping here anymore. Went in after work to buy a watch. The counter person took 20 mins to get to me because she was talking and laughing with someone and once she got to me she skipped me and went to the man that had just walked up I felt a lil discriminated to be honest. Once she did get to me she showed me a watch I knew I already wanted as soon as I walked in but I decided it to buy it since it was 55 cheaper online. So I ordered online to have pickup in store. Online says ready today got to counter they say on 24 hours. I said ok and left. Got an email saying my ordered could not be fulfilled so I call and they lady can’t tell me why it was canceled so I say ok I’ll just order again. She says oh I can do it for you. She takes my info I tell her I want to pick up in store that day. She ended up messing that part up and putting in the stores address for pick up. So it’s saying I have to wait till next week to receive the order. I never got an email because she put it in wrong. So I call customer service wait for an hour to be told to just call the store tell them what’s going on and they can fix it. So I do they say nothing they can do. So by this time customer service is closed. So I wait till they open again in the morning. They say can’t cancel the order can’t change address to at least come to my house, can’t change to pick up in store, and I can’t even get an confirmation email since the lady put the address in wrong. Can not do anything to modify my order. So because of someone else’s mistake I have to wait 3-5 days to get the item I needed today oh and I have to go to the store...
Read moreI went to Kohl's this morning with a plan to purchase a few new items for my wardrobe, including shoes and a coat. I wanted to try some things on, and was accosted by an employee like I was going to steal something. I had six items to try on. She said I could only try three on at a time. I asked when that was started, she hesitated, then lied and said just today. I knew she was lying and that I was being targeted because I was just there three days ago to purchase my daughter's homecoming clothing and another couple hundred dollars worth of clothing, and I am a long-time customer. I've tried many things on at the same time, with no limit. Three things, lady? Please! She also stood right outside the dressing room while I was in there, and then made a snarky remark about how "nothing's working out for you?" when I came out, like she was sure I had no intention of purchasing anything. No, I bought two items that fit. I also heard them page security over the loudspeaker shortly after I started shopping. I planned to buy a good amount of clothing today, but ended up just spending my Kohl's cash before it expired. I won't be shopping here again. The quality isn't even that good, and I can go elsewhere and not be treated like a shoplifter. I'll also be returning the jeans I bought a few days ago because they were labeled mid-rise, but they are high-rise. The rewards aren't worth it anymore, and I've never been treated like that in any store, including Kohl's, previously. Too bad Kohl's. I used to spend a couple thousand a year in your store....
Read moreI usually enjoy coming to Kohl's but this trip was very fustrating. I had shopped for an hour to get my company Christmas party gifts for the kids of the employees and my family's dirty Santa gifts. I was on a strict budget so I knew I could find what I needed due to the sales Kohl's has. After all my shopping I went to check out. 12 items that were on sale with the signs directly near them were not on sale when they rang them up. I had only 16 items. When I told her that the prices on the signs are not what was rang up she said I had to read the fine print and check UPC codes. It was ridiculous. She apologized and offered to help but by that time I was so fustrated and upset I got the items that were on sale and went to a different store that has signage that is clear. I will definitely pay more attention when I go to Kohl's now. It was an eye opening experience that is super misleading. I have probably paid more than I thought every trip. It has given me a different, not in a good way, way to view shopping here again. I didn't mention it earlier the cashier could tell how upset I was and was being as helpful as possible and even offered to help me find other options. She...
