This store is absolutely hands-down the best home improvement store I have visited. The employees are all all so Very helpful… Even when I go in with my dad. They don’t make him lift a thing and are all very courteous to him young or old. Layne was very personable and deserves a pat on the back in the very least for following us around in the store and helping us pick up our every need. This goes without mentioning the crazy deals that we were able to get and when you visit a hardware store or a construction store or a home improvement store four times a day sometimes it can be very draining but on this windy freezing cold Night right before close. I’ve been in Sutherland’s in Lawton, Oklahoma for the last 3 days. I have been overly impressed with the customer service and kindness I have received. I’m currently physically impaired and it’s been like having my own personal shopper! In particular a manager named Chad has impressed me so much. Husband bought a range. Took two tries to get the right price and range. He checked the third one for right color before he left. Drove out of town and went to unbox, right color wrong range! He drove it back to store (from out of town), he had called ahead to let them know. When he got there they tried to charge him more!
