On April 23rd 2019 my husband and I ordered a Pandora Dumbo Charm at Tiptons Fine Jewelry and was told it would arrive within a week. Two weeks went by and we heard nothing. I called and they said it didn’t come with the order and they don’t know if it will be back in stock. They failed to contact other businesses to see if they had one or put me on a back order list. I was unable to find it anywhere. I asked for a refund or to be mailed a check for it but they refused. I still have not received a refund from them. I don’t think they had any intention of letting me know I wouldn’t get my charm. I finally found one online and they called me a week later to tell me it came in. I asked for a refund and still have not been given one. They are stealing from me. They have my debit information and my home address. I absolutely will not go back to the thieves store and give them anymore of my card...

I was looking to find a one of a kind ring for my 30th anniversary. Sarah greeted us as we walked into the store. She was extremely patient. I found a unique setting and Sarah worked to find the perfect cornflower blue sapphire. I was so happy with the final product that I went back and found another beautiful band. Sarah and Kara identified a diamond called an Aspire which was mounted on a different setting. The jeweler at Tipton’s is amazing and seamlessly combined the Aspire diamond onto the band I fell in love with and it looks flawless.
