I went in to buy a new bra. Upon entering the store I was not greeted. I found the bra I thought I wanted and headed to the dressing room. I got to the dressing room and found no one working in there. I stepped out and waited for someone to see me. I stood there for 6 mins staring at the girls working having a pow- wow and gossiping in the middle of the store. Finally a different worker walked in my direction and I caught her eye and asked for a room. Once I was finally in the room I realized I needed a different size. I pressed the call button. No one came. I pressed it again. I waited. And waited. And waited. No one came. So I threw my sweatshirt on. Walked out to get a new size...passed the 3-4 ladies still having a gossip session. They just opened their brand new VS & PINK Store as of last night. I just happened to go there to shop and noticed their grand opening. Their stores look great! And I’ve never been helped in a Store more in my life than I was last night! I had a manager who really cared size me and several other employees (Sarah, Natalia, Alexis) did everything to make me feel important. The only thing I didn’t care for was the extremely rude and LOUD bossy blonde at the register. She wasn’t nice at all and when she tried to be, it came off as so fake. They froze my account because a missed payment that they sent back. Not my fault. I have never missed a payment one time the whole time I have had my account. So they froze my card till October even though I paid the full amount of the bill to fix the issue. I’m so upset. I shop there all the time. A “perfect payment history” the guy said, as he froze my account. Not to mention there is a big sale on my birthday that I wanted to go to! In a few days! I’m so unhappy.
