Full House Pre-Owned Furniture — Local services in Layton

My husband and I were in the hunt for a sectional couch for our basement we just finished. We knew buying a sectional would be pretty pricey so we searched Facebook Marketplace and came across a beautiful couch that I instantly fell in love with.. I contacted Ana (the owner) to let her know I was interested and she responded right away.. my husband and I went to the store the next day and ended up buying the sectional. There were so many to choose from that were good quality and reasonable priced. Ana and her sister own the furniture store and they are so down to earth and just the sweetest.. there customer service was remarkable.. they both answered all of our questions and both helped load our couch into our truck.. if we need any other furniture we will definitely be going back. Very disappointed. I don't like giving bad ratings but it was not what I expected. The furniture is only $100-$300 cheaper than buying new at Ashley or Living Spaces, or something like that. Maybe they are higher quality pieces, but then it should be more clear what the brand is and if they are used or not. The reviews highly rating the place are from 3 years ago. I think they got new ownership or something. Not at all what I had hoped. The furniture is in good condition, don't get me wrong. But they say it's used and the prices and quality don't really reflect it. Idk. It was weird and confusing. Also, there wasn't price tags on many of the pieces in the back area. I loved alot of the furniture they had. However, for some being used it was priced pretty high. Otherwise they had a lot of new furniture, as there was a gentleman there building it. But I am confused about something - how many of you if you were looking to buy a new bedroom set, would buy the bed, 1 tall dresser (i think it has 4 or 5 drawers), 1 short but long dresser (3 drawers on each side) , and 1 night stand? Most people usually buy 2 nightstands right? Lol just...
