Was so excited to go to the grand opening today and showed up early so that I could get a hold of the advertised swag bag with a purchase of over $20.00. But when I got there right when it opened, I found out that they just gave the swag bags to people who got in first instead of waiting for them to purchase. There were tons of people around with swag bags that hadn't paid for their purchases yet. If you are going to advertise for a swag bag with a purchase then you should probably stick to your word. I know the advertisement was for the first 50 people. But, I was one of the first 50 people. The only good thing is that I saved $7.25 from the whole store's 20% discount! The price of the products is pretty typical for 'Health Foods'. And the location is bad/good. It's good that it's close to me but it's in a bad spot with bad parking. I really hope this store sticks around. It's nice to have, for me, two health food stores...

They only have one small isle dedicated to actual produce, and a small bin area for meats. Too much synthetic/processed options, not enough fresh produce from the earth, which negates the name of the store. They have far more bottled drinks for sale than actual food. Prices are too high considering not a whole lot of it is fresh. You can get much better elsewhere - for example I found the organic flour from Winco to be much better than what this place offers, and you get more for your $. Don't fall for the inflated reviews, it's not worth spending your hard...
Read moreI rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves one. This store is a mess—literally and figuratively. Shelves are half-stocked or disorganized, and expired products are left out like nobody cares. When I asked an employee for help, they looked annoyed and didn’t know where anything was.
The worst part? Management is nowhere to be found. I waited 15 minutes to speak to a manager about a pricing issue, only to be told they were “on break.” At 2 p.m. on a busy day? Seriously?
Customer service is clearly not a priority here. It feels like nobody’s in charge, and the staff are left scrambling without support. I won’t be coming back—and I’d recommend others take their business elsewhere until this place gets its...
