Read moreI had a lot of great experiences at this place bowling with friends and family. The bowling experience is awesome on each visit. However, there was an incident involving my wife nearly two years ago around July 2021, when another bowling patron apologized to me for inappropriate contact with my wife and he was polite with his apology and I accepted it. However, when my wife reported the incident to management and the front desk, they did a great job checking the security cameras around the time of the incident and talked with the patron in question and my wife to collaborate the incident. However, Davis Lanes front desk staff jumped to conclusions and accused my wife of being a liar in changing her story seven times and went as far in threatening to call the cops on her when her disability of traumatic brain injury she experienced as a child had damaged the part of the brain that involves truth-telling. They did not take the time to talk to me my wife’s husband as a key witness of the incident which would have allowed me to collaborate my wife’s story as her telling the truth. Therefore, Davis Lanes needs to improve its incident reporting procedures by asking two or more witnesses to collaborate the complete incidents when and if...
Read moreNot great service, me and my family ask the staff to put the bumper guards up the dude said oh we can't, you have to do it manually, so we pulled them up with our hands. Next day we come and do the same thing we got told, pull them up so we do that then the lady comes Yelling at us "No you can't do that I have to pull them up and I was told you guys were told multiple times to not do that." screaming in my cousins face. We say we weren't told not to pull them up at all, which we weren't told, but she keeps yapping, so then she says they have to pull them up and they have to stay up the whole game so we accept that. But the whole reason she said they told us to not pull them up by hand when we weren't told, is because the bald bigger dude lied saying oh I told them I will pull them up and kept telling them not to. He seems like he doesn't know what he is doing and not very nice. He just said that and lied so he didn't get fired. But in all not very great bowling experience because the lanes keep shutting down every few minutes, but place is pretty nice but I don't like it. I've gone here many times this month every time it's worse so I'm not a fan of coming here anymore and probably won't. Just...
