Bushi Ban has been a positive and life changing organization for me. I started back in 2007 and in the Bushi Ban System I was able to grow from very out of shape to a professional MMA fighter in a short amount of time. On this journey I met Master Gerzan Chau and have grown to admire and respect him so much. He is an amazing teacher and mentor to both kids and adults - helping everyone he interacts with to reach their goals.
