The Box Bakery — Restaurant in League City

I placed a order for a strawberry cake and Italian cream cupcakes. The orders were ready and packaged on time.. the strawberry cake was fresh moist and good.. but the cupcakes were disgusting 🤮 I mean u can taste the refrigerator or food it was next to , and hard as a rock ,I was not happy.. I will not be returning to this place, cupcakes so hard as I placed the cupcakes toppers in them you had to really push the sticks in , u can feel every piece of hardness as the stick is going through the cupcakes , the decorations were cute, but the cupcakes were disappointing and she tried telling me she made them fresh with the refrigerator taste. I was surprised to see that Fiona's bakery changed to The Box Bakery. Based on positive experiences, we decided to submit an order for a birthday cake. The cake was well packaged and ready on time. When the cake was unpackaged, we noticed that the cake took oval shape. Also, the filling that was requested was not used. We paid for a raspberry filling but received a cream filling. Otherwise, the cake was moist and comparable to a grocery store bought. If I were to rate the cake, I'd give it a 6.5/10. The decorations were...

I actually didn’t realize the bakery changed from Fiona’s to Box until after I picked up the cake.

The ladies who helped from taking the order, to picking it up, were helpful.

Everyone loved the cake! The birthday girl was really excited. The flavor and texture were perfect!

I was very specific on what details I wanted and was surprised when they didn’t do them. But overall it turned out great and the birthday girl didn’t know.
