I have a signed print of my 92 year-old father-in-law’s hands while he was working on his Shrimp boat recently. This print is incredibly important to me, and after searching for a business to take it to for framing, I found that Upper Bay Frame had the best reviews. I entered their establishment without the print in my hand because I wanted to get see if I felt comfortable and not rushed. I started talking to an employee named Melissa. Within five minutes, I knew that is where I wanted to take heartfelt possession. Melissa spent about an hour with me going over measurements and frame designs. Let me tell you, I have never had a business go so above and beyond for me like Patricia and her staff. I had a very large piece I needed to get framed a week before Christmas. I figured I wasn’t going to get it before then, which is completely understandable given the busy season. But they went out of their way to get it to me in time. I have been using Upper Bay Frame and Gallery several times this past year. I had a handful of diplomas and certification to be framed. The problem is that I had also old ones that were done years ago. I wanted for all of them to have matching wooden color.
