Us Nail Salon — Local services in League City

VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞 I used to come here, about 5 yrs ago, back then they were the best ever... NOT ANYMORE!!! Eyebrows looked like caterpillars, no definition no shape. Mani and pedi water was cold. French nail polish, white paint on toenails, also looked like caterpillars. Didn't ask me what shape fingernails I wanted. No one was in there by time they started my mani yet the lady that did my mani didn't move to my other hand instead she had me stretch my arm across my chest. They tried to overcharge me at counter by not telling me the amount of my bill before running my card. So sad!!!

Our family has been going to US Nail Salon for over 5 years. In all those years, they have been amazing. My wife raves about the service, product, and waxing. They could not be better than they are. In responding to Ms. Laura Smith, I find it hard to believe that your daughter waxes her chest. This clearly seems like a very upset employee or something. If you see all the reviews on this person, it seems they are very unhappy. At most places, all prices are given up front with no hidden fees. I hope everyone goes to US Nail Salon soon. Was referred to this place by a family member went to go get a full set medium length almond shaped. At first, after the initial shaping they were fine by the end of the service I was left with short round nails. Ontop of the terrible service they were eating on the floor which is not hygienic. After I complained to the manager they offered to fix them but I wasn't going to sit in the chair for another hour for them to fix the problem...
