I have eaten at this Subway my entire life. That's not even an exaggeration. I live in the surrounding area and have always gone to this location for sandwiches. Hell, I even WORKED at this exact location a few years ago. I have a lot of history with this establishment, and after what happened tonight I will NEVER go back as long as that junkie looking woman works there. Essentially, my boyfriend has very severe OCD. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. One of his compulsions is hand washing. Since we often hangout nearby and enjoy eating at Subway, we choose the restrooms at this location as his place to wash his hands. Again, he has OCD, so completing a "ritual" (OCD terminology) like hand washing can potentially cause distress. As his girlfriend, I like to be there for moral support and encouragement to help him get through the "ritual" as quickly and easily as possible. This means me going into the restroom with him, timing his hand washing (another part of the "ritual"), and being there to aid him if things get too overwhelming. We have never encountered a problem with this before. However, upon leaving the bathroom tonight, we came face-to-face with the middle aged blonde woman who constantly looks like she's just crawled out of a gutter somewhere. She gives us a disapproving look and says, "Y'all can't be going into the bathroom together." Okay, I understand that. I understand why that would NORMALLY be an issue, but this isn't a NORMAL scenario. My boyfriend, embarrassed of his OCD, tried to say, "I was helping her with a problem." This disappointment of a Subway worker, however, wouldn't even give us time to explain. She instantly said back, full of attitude, "Yeah, but y'all are always going into the bathroom together, and you can't do that. Sorry." I understand it's a unique situation that most people probably aren't accustomed to, but what she did was humiliate and embarrass a man trying to cope with his OCD and his girlfriend who was just trying to help him. She immediately shut down our attempts to explain our situation. She was rude and COMPLETELY out of line. AGAIN, I have been a loyal customer at this specific Subway establishment my entire life. Read moreI usually come to this location for a quick meal for me and my family. Today when I stopped by it took them a while to take my order which I didn’t mind maybe they were busy at the back I understand. The guy who took my order Isaac I could tell he was not in the mood. I still greeted him. I didn’t get a response. He asked me what kind of sandwich I wanted I gave him my order politely. I said I would like 3 sandwiches 2 ft longs and a 6 inch please. I heard him mumbling but I didn’t hear what he said. I could tell he was upset about something. He asked me what bread I wanted. I said if I could please get plain Italian bread on all sandwiches. He grab them bread from the oven and smack the bread on the cutting board. I asked him if everything was alright. I didn’t get an answer I could tell he was upset about something. So I told him not to worry about my order I walked out and went to the one on league city parkway location. I don’t know what he’s going through why he acted the way he did. I worked in food service industry before. When ever I had family issues going on or I’m going through something. I don’t take it to work I leave them at home. Also if you’re not happy at your work. I believe you should look for something you will be happy doing. I would still go back to this location I just hope isaac would wear his good mood next time he shows...
Read moreBy far the worst experience I have had at the Subway. I am never had issues until today. When I ordered online I ordered my sandwich toasted. Then I left when I got home I noticed my sandwich was not toasted I tried to call the restaurant multiple times but they did not pick up the phone I mean I called like 15 times. Then I decided to call customer service and I was on hold for 30 minutes and still nothing. Eventually I got fed up and headed back to the subway tell me then they forgot to toast my sandwiches. I only had one because I gave the other one to someone else and when I asked them to remake the same as they were only going to remake one because I only had one sandwich however, because I did not have the other one but I told him you messed up on both so you should remake both. When I told the lady of the mistakes she told me no I did not order it toasted she told me that before she even checked. She went and she checked and she realize that she made a mistake.
