Burger King — Restaurant in League City

I finally give up on this location. The people are generally rude. I don't know if it is the manager that is souring this place and the employees. But, I got a Dr Pepper today that I poured out in the parking lot after 1 sip. It tasted so bad, like I had an infection in my mouth or bad, bad breath. No sign of it before that moment. Poured it out and went down the road to Chick Fil A for a replacement Dr Pepper. Thank goodness!!! I have been kinda on the fence about why I was still going to this Burger King. It all comes down to that is the only location close to my office. But, this is it. I can get Burger King at the location close to home and not have this trouble. I hope all you potential customers read this review and take it to heart. Choose somewhere else!!! Wait, I remember why I was still going there; I love frozen Coke. Oh well, will have to go to McDonald's...

Manager was out and assistant manager was present. My order was never processed after our family waited 15 minutes for food that was not served. We show the receipt and repeated what we ordered. Within six additional minutes the family still did not get two orders of eight chicken nuggets. The fries were mixed with onion rings instead of having only French fries. I only received four nuggets because they would have to cook more and there would be a wait time…. Geez sorry for the inconvenience of wanting the nuggets and fries we specified. I tried to call Chris the manager but again he was not present. The assistant manager put my name on the board for the two eight piece nuggets but would need to see the receipt to make sure I was there on the 12 th. I am done with Burger King at the Bay...

June 23-2017 This location is fairly new and in the past it has been kept truly spotless, with excellent service , and good fast food. Today the appearance was an absolute disgrace with spilled drinks all over the drink dispenser , and adjacent counter for the straws . Clean tables were difficult to find , fries and discarded food all over the floor , trash containers maxed out and dirty trays with discarded food stacked up. In short , an unacceptable mess . I would suggest an in-house corp inspection team make regular visits until the situation is resolved , appropriate team training completed , and qualified , conscientious management personnel are in place .
