Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in League City

I’m giving 2 stars because I really like the new stuffed crust extra most bestest, but this place really needs to step up their game. For 2 days straight I have called to place an order and nobody had answered the phone. After not getting anyone to answer tonight I drove up to find nobody in line and only one person waiting for a pizza. I asked the guy at the register if there was something wrong with the phones and told him I had been calling for 2 days and his reply was “maybe there is”. That’s it, no “sorry sir, I’ll look into that” or anything that you would expect from a person that cares at all about customer service, just a maybe. I was told that the wait will be 20 minutes and I said “I know, that’s why I tried to call it in”. No reply.

A customer just came in and asked about an order he placed online and that he was notified that it was ready. Same register guy told him that he didn’t see anything about an order and let the guy leave. No offer to fill the order, nothing like that. Just a gooodbye.

This guy appears to be the shift lead because one of the others asked him if he could clock out. I’m calling him shift lead because I refuse to call him manager.

My claim was denied to investigator stating that there was adhesive on vehicle. I would like to dispute the denial.  I have been visiting the Dickinson location for years now. I have never had a bad experience until now. I'm being honest regarding the damages and I'm being treated as a fraud. I feel this is discrimination. I'm driving a 2014 BMW it is not the latest but I have not had any body repairs on the vehicle. I notice 2 cameras at entrance. Which made me feel confident if any incident occurred. When I entered the carwash I entered with 2 side mirrors in tact.when I exited I only had 1. This is unacceptable to deny and speulate that adhesive was placed on mirror. I have copies of black and white pictures. I would like to see and understand where the adhesive is? What color is adhesive? I can get documents to show that this is original part for vehicle with no damage from dealer. Please provide footage. How can a claim be denied from afar and denied stating that adhesive is on vehicle. The car should have come out as it came in. The footage will show no adhesive. I would like to settle this at this level. I have used services there in the past which I can show proof of and show that I never needed to submit a fraud claim. The League City store on 518 near Bay Area Blvd needs an adult manager that makes those kids actually do their job. I ordered online and was close, so I went straight there. I got there and had a 30 minute wait. No big deal. 12 minutes after my delivery window expires, my pizza finally comes out. It was warm, not hot, and a little under cooked. How did that happen after over 45 mintues from the order being placed? I understand if a store is busy, but that was just not the case. While I waited, I hardly saw any pizzas coming off the oven. The pizza portal was completely empty and they were almost out of out of hot and ready pizzas. I sat and watched as a pizza would come off the oven every once in a while and over to the 3 kids sitting at the cutting station chatting and joking around. Only one of the 3 kids would actually cut the pizza. The bigger kid was too busy talking. He did put a pizza in the portal, but didn't enter the name, turned around and went back to talking. So, the pizza sat there in the portal and the customers it belonged to stood next to me waiting. The only reason I gave them a second star, was because the kid working the counter was very nice, asked people if they had already ordered and would check on their pizza. Keep him, fire the rest.
