My staff is properly trained to deal with anyone who isn't safe, trained or not..we keep people safe period.we have families and homes behind us and we care for their safety as well. If some one isn't being safe or breaking rules well if course we can come off as rude, we have lives in our hands, not an easy job when people don't get their way.we always go above and beyond the call of duty, but we have to protect the neighbourhood with families as well as our shooters. We aren't fancy either it's an outdoor range, be prepared for rainy days, bring boots or I have some you can use. I can't make everyone happy but safety is number one and all I care about is you making it home to your family.God bless and we thank you for stopping by and if you had a bad experience I would love to make it right..we don't let our rangemasters help with sight ins due to the fact they are protecting you,I have a man of 42 years experience that handles it and we require you to give us a day or so..I cannot let my range masters sight in your firearms while they are watching the line, that wouldn't be safe on my part, but your more than welcome to leave some ammo and it's locked in the safe till we get it completed which usually...
Read moreMade the drive out to Clear Creek Gun Range for the first time today. It was definitely worth it. The range wasn't packed, the way I like it, and there were plenty of stalls to shoot from. The fellow shooters that I met were great and welcoming, seemed to be regulars. The ROs were also friendly and entertaining. If I made a mistake according to their rules I was kindly reminded and not talked down to. If I had a question they were happy to assist. I suck with names and can't remember the ROs' names I spoke with today, but you guys do a great job. The range is an outdoor range, so I knew what I was getting into. I'll shoot outdoors over indoors any time. There was only one thing that kind of struck a nerve with me. The shooting benches are not very AR15 friendly. In order to see my target I had to sit way off the bench so that my magazine was below the bench top. This took a little getting use to but I managed to pull off some nice groups. Now if the "blinders" in front of the benches were a couple inches higher it'd be perfect. It probably wouldn't be much of a problem with a 10 round mag though. So all in all, great range with great people. I will be...
Read more3rd review, wasted trip,, could have gone somewhere else. Because their hours say open till 7 i came here. guess what closed at 6:15pm.
2nd review. ...went back to this place yesterday. Same women from first review she was very nice this time. But it doesn't make up for the multiple times that she was rude on previous visits. At least she's trying to be nice to customers now. Price is still high and I can go to a much nicer range for the same price. The only Advantage this place has is that it's outdoors with a very long rifle range. I will go back but only because of the rifle range. Paid over $50 3 guns two people.
I want to say thank you for being nice for a change. Maybe if you're nice on my next visit I will consider coming to this range more often.
1st review.....Rude. And expensive for multiple guns $10.00 per gun. Come on. She ask how many guns I say 3. Then she gave me the price. I said that's expensive. " Not really expensive.. I mean if you cant afford it." I just walked away. But I wanted to tell her I can afford it but I don't want to pay $30.00 for...
