To say I’m very upset would be an understatement. I placed are online order for pickup and specifically put NO MEAT because I’ve been a vegetarian for years. I went in and picked up my order, no problem. I went back to work and opened up the wrap ready to eat it and (thankfully) I checked it and saw, clear as day, meat in my wrap. I called and the girl told Me I could swing by and they would make Me a new one. I hurried over there to get a new wrap and as I was pulling in they called and told Me they couldn’t make Me a new one because on their side it didn’t say NO MEAT. I told the girl I hadn’t eaten the other one and I was practically allergic to it. The girl told Me that if I had the other sandwich with Me that they would make Me a new one but Being as I was on My lunch break I just went back to work without anything to eat for the rest of the day. After I got off work I went over there WITH THE OTHER WRAP like she told Me to. I got there and it was three teenage girls with extreme attitude issues. I handed them the wrap and told them what happens and all three went in the back for about 15 minutes and came back out and said their manager said they couldn’t give me a refund or at least make Me a new one even though I brought the UNEATEN one back! They all just stared at Me with the rudest looks on their faces. I’ve been in the customer service industry for years and that was the worst customer service I have ever received! The girls acted like the only reason they work there is because their parents made them.The customer is always right no matter what, even if you think they are wrong. Read moreThe smoothies were pretty good here. We had three different ones and the only one we didn't particularly like was the children's Chocolate Chimp, which just was a bit too watery. My wife tried a different smoothie on a second trip and experienced a watery smoothie as well. They don't have different sizes, forcing you to get a very large smoothie. This also means there aren't any cheaper options. My biggest complaint is their labeling. They don't have milk listed as an ingredient on their menu for their smoothies. I unfortunately took them at their word, since other ingredients were listed. I'm lactose intolerant. After a very uncomfortable next day I looked at their nutritional information, which is not nearly as easy to find on their website. Several of their smoothies have milk in them, including the one I got. I know this is a locally owned franchise, and I like to send people to locally own businesses, but this company needs some better labeling and more options. Read more6/1: Ordered online and arrived 4 minutes late to the store. Did not realize they closed at 8. The door was open and lights were on. A girl (brunette, young, baby-faced) saw me walk in and walked straight to the back, looked back at me and laughed. Rude. She told a young boy to talk to me. He was very polite. I told him I was here to pick up my order. He said they didn’t have an order for me, but he would try to refund my credit card. I asked if they don’t make the orders until the person arrives (this is the second time that has happened to me, although the first time was in the middle of the day.) He said no but that someone probably threw out the order so it wouldn’t get left behind in the fridge. I am not sure why they can’t wait five minutes for people to pick up their food. I get that it was technically closed but it seems there should be a buffer. The way the girl laughed at me when I walked in makes me think she just threw out my order.
