These are amazing and affordable Apartments@ Leander Station! This Management team is the best by far. Both the Managers are awsome at making sure that I have what I needed, to live comfortably in their community. Great job as always! I appreciate the new Managers both staying on top of our needs here at The Standatd at Leander Station. The maintenance guys both are very speedy and efficient in fixing any needed repairs. Keep up the great work Team Standard @ Leander Station!

Emily and Carla are amazing managers. When I asked to have my carpet cleaned they did not hesitate to arrange that for me. Such a great team together. Can't forget Jose and Isaiah the duo maintenance team. They are always ready to tackle the smallest and larger projects to maintain the apartments.

I have really enjoyed living at The Standard @ Leander Station. For a while I've seen Property Managers come and go. They all did an amazing job. I will have to say that Emily,Karla,Isaiah and Jose have been my favorite. Jose and Isaiah both kept the Property looking amazing. They both worked hard to close the few tickets for any maintenance project. They worked swiftly and efficiently. They are the best duo I have ever experienced in my years of apartment renting. OMG!! Emily and Karla are excellent in making you feel welcomed while staying as a resident. They were both nice,kind,and sympathetic towards any problems that may arise while living in the apartments. Emily and Karla are both the most professional people you would ever encounter. The way they run the day to day operations is absolutely fantastic. I will miss seeing them on occasions. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for great,safe and comfortable...

I love it here it's so friendly and everyone gets long good and the lady's in the office go out of their way to help plus their beautiful if I wasn't shy I'll tell you what. Love the standard. Well things change now we are a melting pot of different values and beliefs and language just say there's a disaster it was on going you got be able to help the people you live with it's important they understand we can't even talk to each other that's the way it's been that's one of the reasons they backed the over running of are borders it was billions from Afghanistan India others one is we can't talk to each other, different values cultures they are human so that covers race, race is not a color it's human ok they pulling fast one one the younger ones, and trees eat Carbon dioxides and cow farts, they eat what ever is in the air that's bad then they poop oxygen as a bye product, yes it was on purpose lol thank you very much the lies they have told you is unforgivable, sorry DO NOT GREAVE THE SPIRIT THATS WHAT ITS SAY WHEN YOU ABUSE Children AND BABYS THEN LIE TO GET OTHERS TO SEE YOUR LIES AS TRUTH, IS THE SAME AS Guilty BYE ASSOCIATION. Updating my review as I noticed the new staff have made improvements to this location. my biggest issue are the actual renters but I cannot blame the staff or location for that. Overall this location has improved a lot since my last review. The staff are trying to improve this place and my biggest complaint is that some people treat this at their own house not a shared space. It smells like cigarettes and weed at night and I hope that is the next area of improvement.

I have noticed a lot less trash in the area as a whole. Trash is no longer sitting Infront of the locked garbage. The garage can be opened by anyone and throw their trash away. Some residents still leave trash Infront of the gate but this went from 50 bags to maybe 5. I have seen the Garbage area cleaned and emptied as well.

I have noticed staff walking the property and noting things that need to get fixed or changed. These things would get fixed soon after. The only thing that still takes a while is when the gate breaks down. This seems to happen often and can take a day to a week to fix.

I no longer see people working on cars. A few months ago you would see people rebuilding engines in the parking lot and take up 3 spaces to do it. No I don't see this at all and at most is normal things like someone changing a battery or checking on their car. There are still a lot of broken cars than don't seem to move for weeks around or cars with 0 plates at all but they are more rare now.

Less poop in the area. I noticed that there is less unpicked up dog poop in the dog areas. They are also fixing the dog park so...
