Leavenworth Floral and Gifts — Local services in Leavenworth

I live in Washington State and my daughter lives in Leavenworth Kansas. Today, she returned to the classroom as a teacher after a 13 year absence. I wanted to send her flowers to her school. I picked this floral shop. We have a 2 hour time difference between our states and I wasn't sure if they could come through with such a short notice! I called and Brenda was AMAZING!! she took my order, was sweet and understanding. She said they could get the flowers there and Boom they sure did! My daughter said they were beautiful and smelled "Amazing!" Thank you for coming through for this Mom at the last minute and make my daughters first day just a little more special. Everyone needs to use this floral shop! I'm hoping to get to Kansas in the next month and I want to personally stop by here....

I'm torn on this review. The arrangements I have received have always been beautiful, and the customer service taking my order has been pleasant. On the other hand, I have now had three separate instances of placing an order in advance (by as much as three days), paying for it, and arriving at or shortly after the designated pick-up time to find the order had not been started, and wasn't even in the queue to be worked on. This was over the course of 13 months, so it seems like it's not a temporary glitch. With those experiences, I'm afraid to even consider requesting delivery, in fear that it will be forgotten. Wow. I can’t say enough good things about this florist. I live out-of-state, and wanted to send flowers to a friend in mourning in Leavenworth. Treva, the owner, could not have been more compassionate and understanding. Not only did she make this delivery happen same-day, she also absolutely NAILED the arrangement I was envisioning. It is GORGEOUS (and I’m a very picky customer when it comes to florals). She listened to what I wanted, and also pretty much read my mind.
