First off, if they don’t have it they’ll get it for you or tell you where to get it. Even if it’s not at a Gronis. You’re not ever going to beat their customer service. My review is long overdue. First, I was gifted a gorgeous set of Planting pots by a friend purchased at Gronis. Unique and great quality, often commented on by friends and neighbors. I also collect stoneware, and found my latest piece there as well. It blows away the other ones I’ve seen, and for a very fair price. My latest great Gronis find: More Birds brand Wren and Chickadee birdhouses. Solid, sturdy construction, deep latches to foil squirrels but allow me to clean out between nestings ( birds won’t generally set up house with prior occupants nest still present), and precut grooves to allow baby birds something to grab into to get up and out of the nest when it’s time. Many people don’t think about this, but without something to grab into and get out of the nest, well, it doesn’t make for an ideal situation for the baby birds. This well-constructed birdhouse will last a long time. It just speaks to the quality of merchandise at Gronis. Totally different experience than the Big Chain stores. As a teenager I'd walk through this wonderful store and imagine where I'd put all the neat gadgets in my future home. As an adult, I went at different times with some odd little spring or bit of metal that I either needed replaced or more of. And if they didn't already have it, they would order it from the many many catalogs they order from! If they don't have it? They will find it for you!
