Love their products and in store experience. Staff always wonderful but inventory consistently low and products advertised in their mailed out catalogs consistently not in the store. When I called Brighton customer service about those 2 issues I was told they are aware of the low inventory issue and had no intention of changing it because they mail the product to you at a later date free of charge. This does not work when wanting to buy something at the last minute like prior to travel or a last minute gift for a party. Why bother to go to the store then?Also they admit the products are not in their stores when they mail the brochures out. This is not how you run a business.
