Had a great experience after wanting to get my wedding and engagement rings soldered together. Rings look great. Simone was kind and welcoming. They do the work in house and I was able to pick up two days later! I was initially referred to Moshiri by another nearby jeweler. I didn’t even know they were there because I had filtered my Google search by top-rated jewelers. I was confused by the rating after my experience with them. Looking at them it seems they got several reviews around the same time 5 months ago that were made trying to taint the reputation of their business in some sort of retaliation which is unfortunate- so I felt the need to leave an honest review on my own accord. I went to Moshiri a few years back for my wife’s upgrade for our ten-year anniversary. I’ve also purchased Mother’s Day and random gifts from them. I’ve been a customer since they were in Olathe. I looked them up to make a trip there and saw their current rating.

I was shocked to see such a low rating and scrolled to see they were being review bombed. DON’T LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE. The owners have been nothing but nice and courteous. As a black male, I have been discriminated against in a jewelry store, and Moshiri is not one of them.

I had to write this review so people will know not to just trust the review number. Support this awesome...

I had the misfortune of having my jewelry completely fall apart after they claimed to have fixed it. The woman owner is absolutely horrific. She should NOT be in this business. The man (husband?) is lovely, though. There was zero accountability for the problem they caused, and she had the nerve to ask US not to come back. Believe me, we never want to step foot in there again. And they also randomly close early, which leaves customers in a lurch. Bad way to run a business.
